Plank type flooring is used for all types of industrial flooring, mezzanine floor structures, gangways, etc. For pedestrian traffic, the plank type flooring can handle spans of up to 2000 mm with clamps (up to 1500 mm without clamps). Based on 5 kN/m² with max. deflection L/200 and max. 4 mm deflection difference between plank type flooring profiles. This means that the supporting beams can be placed further apart and the assembly is faster. When mounting, the plank type flooring is screwed to the underlying material.

Plank type flooring is manufactured in 2 different profiles and 3 different widths. We can supply plank type flooring in different lengths, up to 6000 mm.

Plank type flooring consists of profiles in different widths. With different widths laid next to each other so you get the desired total width. The height of the light floor is always 50 mm.

Characteristics: This plank type has an embossed pattern offering good anti-slip protection.
Application: Wherever a closed floor is needed. Because the planks are closed, insulation can be installed in or under the planks. The 6000 mm length is held in stock.
Profiles are available in widths of 200, 260 and 300 mm.
Characteristics: Very good anti-slip protection. This type has smaller openings and thus provides more safety from objects falling through the openings.
Application: Wherever there are strict requirements for anti-slip protection and where it is not permitted for objects to fall through the openings. The 6000 mm length is held in stock.
Profiles are available in widths of 200, 260 and 300 mm.
Accessories, plank type flooring
As accessories, there are a number of different parts that facilitate the installation as well as the use of the plank type flooring.
Kick strip LK140 is a special profile, located at all openings and all outer edges of the plank. Fastens to the plank type flooring using screws.
Outside and inside corners at 90° angles are available for kick strips.
When cutting the floor longitudinally, the support edge disappears and is replaced by a loose profile. LU 43 is used for perforated plank type flooring (LDP) and LU 47 is used for closed plank type flooring (LDT).
Surface treatment
